Sound Node in Blender 5.2 Alpha

Just tested the new "Sample Sound Frequencies" node in the Blender 5.2 alpha build. It’s super easy to use, yet it opens up huge possibilities for dynamic motion design. Sure, we’ve been able to extract audio data in Blender since time immemorial, but the old way was incredibly rigid (you had to bake a separate f-curve for every single frequency range, and if the audio track changed, you had to redo the whole process). Now, it’s completely real-time and dynamic. Sharing the project file for anyone who wants to poke around the setup!

At the time of this post, you need to download experimental Blender 5.2 Alpha built
